Q. My lender has requested a copy of the Association's insurance. How do I obtain a copy?

A. Contact your Association's insurance carrier directly and request a Certificate of Insurance be sent to the appropriate individual. To avoid unnecessary delay, provide the insurance agent with your lender's name, loan number and fax or email information. You may find your association's insurance company's contact information by accessing your association's webpage HERE.

Q. I have a question with regard to my assessment or account balance.

A. Contact Bray Property Management at (970) 242-8450 and ask to speak with the HOA accounting manager for further assistance. You may also email your question to HOA@BrayandCo.com.

Q. How do I pay my Association dues?

A. To pay your dues by check or money order, make payment payable to your association and mail to the following address. Please include your account number and address.

To pay your dues online, go to www.DuesPayment.com and follow the prompts to log into your account. If you do not have an account already set up, follow the prompts to set up a new account. For further guidance on setting up a new account, review the DuesPayment support link HERE.

Q. I would like to contact my Board of Directors.

A. Contact your Bray HOA team at HOA@BrayandCo.com or (970) 242-8450 and we will be happy to forward a communication to them on your behalf.

Q. I live in a condominium and would like to report an issue with regard to the structure or common area.

A. To report an issue, please contact your Bray HOA team at HOA@brayandco.com or by calling (970) 242-8450.

Q. How do I report an HOA-related emergency after hours?

A. Should you have an emergency outside of regular business hours, please contact Bray Property Management at (970) 242-8450 and follow the prompts following the voicemail greeting to be connected with our answering service. The on-call associate will contact you within 10-15 minutes after speaking to the answering service; therefore, we ask that you please keep your phone line open for a return call.

Q. I would like to make changes to the exterior of my home.

A. If you are planning to make changes to the exterior of your home, including painting, landscaping or fencing, please submit a completed Architectural Request (ACCO) form, including paint samples and drawings when available, per your Association's CC&Rs. Your submission must be approved prior to the start of work. The ACCO committee will notify you upon their review. The ACCO form and submission instructions can be found on your Association website (click on the HOAs tab and choose your HOA from the Communities list).

Q. How do I report an HOA-related violation?

A. To report a CC&R violation, please send an email to the Bray HOA team at HOA@BrayandCo.com. If you would like to contact your Board of Directors, please send us an email and we will forward your request to the Board. You may also mail your Complaint form to Bray Property Management, 637 North Avenue, Grand Junction, CO 81501.

Q. I have a complaint about an animal-related nuisance.

A. Please note that we are unable to assist you in matters related to neighbor-to-neighbor disputes. Examples of issues that fall into this category include, but are not limited to, dogs barking and/or off-leash, parties, loud noises, and debris (garbage, leaves) finding its way into your yard. We advise you to attempt to resolve these types of disputes by engaging in a conversation with your neighbor, or if necessary, contact your local police department for further assistance.
