What is Covered in Your Dues?

The monthly dues that are paid to the Association go towards the following:

  • Management
  • Homeowners Liability Insurance
  • Irrigation maintenance
  • Gutters repair and maintenance
  • All watering, maintenance or upkeep of the Open Spaces and all improvements located therein
  • Repainting and reroofing of the units on an as-required basis
  • Reserves for repair, replacement and operations

What is NOT Covered in Your Dues as of 4/24/2019:

  • Snow Removal--All Owners are responsible for snow removal of their stoops, sidewalks, and driveways
  • Concrete repair--All Owners are responsible for repair of their driveways, stoops, and sidewalks
  • A/C Cooler repairs and maintenance
  • Crawl space repair and maintenance, including water intrusions that create puddling in Owner's unit in said spaces
